Call Log List
The Call Logs page displays a chronological table of all calls Zela has processed, with the most recent calls at the top.
Click any row to open the full Call Detail view for that call.
Call Detail View
Opening a call record gives you a complete breakdown of the interaction.1
Caller Information
The caller’s phone number, the date and time of the call, and a link to the associated Contact record if Zela captured the caller’s name and matched it to an existing contact.

Call Recording
An inline audio player lets you listen to the full call recording directly in your browser. Use the playback controls to skip forward or rewind. You can also download the recording for your own records.

AI-Generated Transcript
A full text transcript of the call appears below the recording player. The transcript is time-stamped and formatted to show the speaker (Zela or Caller) for each line.

Linked Booking
If a booking was created during this call, a Linked Booking card appears with the appointment summary. Click it to open the full booking record.

Agent Notes
A summary of the call generated by Zela — including the key topics discussed, any information provided, and any actions taken (e.g. booking created, caller transferred).
Call Outcomes
Each call is assigned one of four outcome labels based on how Zela handled the interaction.- Booking Created
- Info Provided
- Escalated
- Missed
The caller confirmed an appointment during the call. Zela collected the customer’s details and scheduled the booking. A linked booking record is available in the Call Detail view and in your Bookings section.
Filtering Calls
Use the filters at the top of the Call Logs table to focus on the calls that matter most.- Date Range
- Outcome Type
- Duration
Click the Date Range filter to select a start and end date. Use the Today, This Week, or This Month presets for quick access to recent activity.
Transcripts
Every call Zela handles generates an AI-powered text transcript that you can read, search, and reference at any time. Transcripts are available inside each Call Detail view. They are formatted with time stamps and speaker labels so you can follow the flow of the conversation easily. To search within a transcript, open the call record and use your browser’s built-in find function (Ctrl+F or Cmd+F).Transcripts are generated automatically by AI and are highly accurate but may occasionally contain minor errors, particularly with industry-specific terminology, proper nouns, or strong accents. Always listen to the recording if precision is critical.
